MatchaRent Service Provider Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Service Provider Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between MATCHARENT LTD (“MatchaRent,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the Service Provider (“Service Provider,” “you,” or “your”) who lists services (“Services”) on the MatchaRent website (matcharent.com). By listing your Services on MatchaRent, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. MatchaRent's Services

MatchaRent operates an online rental marketplace that connects potential tenants / customers with accommodation. We also provide a platform for listing services for users.

3. Listing Your Services

  • You confirm that you have the legal right to offer the services listed on MatchaRent.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided to MatchaRent about your company and your service listings.
  • If you have any edit requests, please send them to info@matcharent.com or contact your MatchaRent representative.
  • You acknowledge that MatchaRent has the right to alter the information you provide.
  • MatchaRent reserves the right to remove any listing if you violate the MatchaRent Service Provider Terms and Conditions or if the listing is deemed inappropriate.

4. Use of Your Content

You grant MatchaRent a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use content including, but not limited to, your company name, company information, logo, images, listings, website information, and social media content, for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes, including but not limited to website display, social media posts, printed materials, and presentations.

5. Reviews and Testimonials

  • You agree that MatchaRent may collect and publish reviews and testimonials from you, the Service Provider about your experience with MatchaRent.
  • You agree that MatchaRent may collect and publish reviews and testimonials from current or past users and individuals who have interacted with you or your services.
  • You grant MatchaRent the right to publish these, including the reviewer's name, company name, job title, text, images, video, location, etc, on our website, social media channels, and marketing materials.

6. Third-Party Rights

  • You acknowledge and agree that MatchaRent acts solely as a platform provider and is not a party to any agreements or other transactions between you and users that use MatchaRent or your company.
  • MatchaRent shall not be liable for any disputes, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to your interactions with users that use MatchaRent or your company.

7. Payment

  • Current prices for plans can be found on matcharent.com/service-providers
  • MATCHARENT LTD is not currently VAT registered. If MATCHARENT LTD was to become VAT registered, VAT will be added to the invoice.
  • An invoice will be sent to the designated email address you provided on the MatchaRent Service Provider Sign Up Form.
  • The invoice is payable within fourteen (14) days of the invoice being sent.
  • Your company information will be added to the site after the invoice payment has been received.
  • This agreement will automatically renew annually on the same date every year unless cancelled.
  • If this date does not exist in the subsequent year (e.g., February 29th in a non-leap year), the renewal will occur on the last day of the month (e.g., February 28th).
  • An invoice will be sent prior to the end of your plan's term at the prices at the time of invoice being sent. To terminate the agreement, a written notice must be sent via email to info@matcharent.com at least 30 days before the desired termination date.

9. Term and Termination

  • This Agreement starts when you agree to these terms on the MatchaRent Service Provider Sign Up Form.
  • This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and representations, whether oral or written, between you and MatchaRent.
  • MatchaRent may terminate this Agreement at any time for breach of these Terms and Conditions.
  • You may request for your listings to be removed at any time.

11. General Data Protection Act (GDPR)

  • We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest, which includes promoting your services and company and marketing our services.
  • We will continue to process your information under this basis until you withdraw consent or it is determined your consent no longer exists.
  • We process your information in the MatchaRent Service Provider Sign Up Form, information in email exchanges, data from your site, social media, etc.
  • Data retention period: We will continue to process your information under this basis until you withdraw consent or it is determined your consent no longer exists.
  • Sharing your information: We do not share your information with third parties.

13. Updates to These Terms and Conditions

MatchaRent may update these Service Provider Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. We will inform you of any significant amendments via email to the contact person who accepted these terms. Your continued use of the MatchaRent platform after receiving such notification will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

15. Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the two parties.
